These Terms of Service ("ToS") govern your use of MonsterKong.com (the "Site") and any services, features, or content we provide (collectively, the "Services").   • Grants us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, and display it as part of the Services.
  • Must not violate third-party rights or these ToS; you warrant you have permission to share it.

6. Purchases and Subscriptions

If applicable:

  • Pricing and availability may change without notice.
  • Payments are processed via secure third-party providers; we do not store full payment details.
  • Subscriptions (if offered) renew automatically unless canceled per our cancellation policy.

c. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any purchases or subscriptions made through the Site or Services, except where required by applicable law. Please review your order carefully before completing your transaction.

7. Third-Party Interactions

The Services may include links to or integrations with third-party sites or tools. We are not responsible for their content, performance, or terms. Use them at your own risk.

8. Termination

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law:

  • MonsterKong.com and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, data loss) from your use of the Services.
  • Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us (if any) in the prior 12 months.

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MonsterKong.com, its officers, and agents from claims, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these ToS, or infringement of others' rights.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These ToS are governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes will be resolved by:

  • Negotiation first.
  • If unresolved, binding arbitration in Killarney, Co. Kerry, Ireland, except for small claims or injunctive relief. No class actions are permitted.

13. Additional Provisions

  • Entire Agreement: These ToS and our Privacy Policy are the full agreement between us.
  • Severability: Invalid provisions do not affect the rest of the ToS.
  • No Waiver: Delayed enforcement does not waive our rights.
  • Assignment: We may assign these ToS; you may not without our consent.
